The person we dropped equipment off to could not take over driving the truck to back the trailer into the spot, so we had to do it. That was disappointing.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulVery quick and easy rental pickup. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful.
JENNIFER KU-Haul changed my pickup location 1 day before pickup with no notice to a new location over an hour away from me - this was a huge pain and required me to take unplanned time off work. The staff at this location was very nice and helpful but U-Haul's corporate policy of changing pickup locations with no notice days after making a reservation is a huge inconvenience for customers.
Vanya AI made a reservation followed by a call from uhaul saying I could not reserve at that location. My reservation was modified to a location 35 minutes further away. On the day of rental I called to confirm and was informed I could pick up at original location when person who reserved before me returned. Following my use and return I noted I was charged for Safetow, about which I was neither asked nor did I want. Original location confirmed I should have been asked, but it was out of their hands. The whole experience was disappointing.
