Rogan was very nice and tried to accommodate our needs, he was the highlight of this location. If needed, we would come back just to work with him again. Unfortunately the storage unit we previously reserved wasn't available, but Rogan stayed late to help us figure out a solution, even though there weren't any options that really worked for us.

Hire more help. Could never talk to a local rep. Had to drive to location to spend money with company. They are very short handed. Similar experience wherever you go in America. Economy and consumer confidence is on the rise. Pass the added overhead to the consumer and make it easier to do business with your company.

Carl, the manager, set us up with a hitch that would work for a 5' x 8' trailer, which we were pulling back from AZ, one way to this location. The hitch worked to perfection. When we dropped the trailer off the staff had us inspected, disconnected and a receipt emailed to us within 10 minutes of our arrival. These guys rock!

Waited over 15 minutes to check in. Staff appropriately for demand. Another customer came in about halfway through my wait. 2 other employees asked if I was being helped, went to find help but no additional help appeared. Very slow and tedious check in process. Employee that helped me was pleasant and helpful.

I give this average because it is on a weird corner that is really busy. It isn't easy to get out of once you get your truck/trailer. It was really congested the whole time and I had to weave through trucks/cars to get out. Not ideal but lots of equipment to choose from. Computers were also very slow

I was in the store for 5 minutes before anyone from Uhaul was present. Then 2 guys came in and 1 guy was helping a lady but didn't acknowledge me or the other 4 people waiting in line. The other guy completely ignored everyone and went and started do something on another computer we all waited another 10 minutes until a third guy came in and started helping the rest of us. I was the 2nd in line and there were 3 other groups of people behind me waiting. Customer service and acknowledgment should be first focus. There are other companies to rent from. We should have been greeted and told they would help us as soon as they completed what they were doing. Don't ignore customers and pretend they're not there or not important.

Nothing at all. Everything on the website was very customer friendly and easy to navigate. It was also quick and the instructions clarified. The store where I picked up the truck was clean and had the moving supplies readily available with clear and easy to understand, as well as affordable prices or package deals. The customer service was very informative and caring. I could tell he has had a genuine interest in assisting me and ensuring my needs were met.

Don't change my reservation at the last minute and send me 45 minutes out of my way just to pick up a broken down truck that needed to be exchanged at a different location 30 minutes further away. Also, don't double charge customers after the payment has gone through and ignore their phone calls when you overdraft their accounts. Get actual phone support for customer problems rather than wasting our time.
