The customer service was great. They Uhaul system is confusing and just to much trouble. Taking my own pics and having to do my license online just to have the system not work and do it all again 3xs. People are needing this service for moving ect and it should be made easier especially knowing its a time line to get things back before being charged other fees.

The staff at this location are great!
Dena RThe Uhaul’s engine light came on when going down a mountain. Contacted Uhaul’s roadside assistance and the lady (Addison) hung up on us.
Griffin NI know its uhaul but for trucks that travel the content maybe look into getting them professionally cleaned ever so many miles. And the girl needed an alignment. But the staff at this particular location were great especially Brandi.
