Would’ve tried to keep the truck longer if the engine light hadn’t come on

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulExperience with uhaul caused so many issues. First the location changed from closest to somewhere really inconvenient. Then the dolly was also not included which we ended up having to buy one because of this. Not worth the hassle of renting with uhaul. Then had to drive the truck back instead of going to the closest location.
Tiffany CThe onsite staff were wonderful, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable.
WILLIE PI had to sweep out dirty sock and lots of garbage before I could even think about putting my stuff in it!
Scott GOur uhaul was guaranteed at another location. Then we were sent to this one. We pre-ordered and paid online and then had to go through the whole process again on-site ans had difficulty getting the key. Ordering online did not mention that I needed to download the app. We were a few minutes late getting to the truck and our reservation was canceled. Very unpleasant experience. Will not be a customer in the future.
