Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-Haulthere was no obvious signage and maybe that was intentional. This was my first time using the app to pick up a truck, and I won't do that again. I had issues with the app, and still had to call customer service. I also didn't realize I needed two contacts to verify me, what a pain in the ass. The appliance dolly I had reserved was not in the truck, so I still needed to make another stop. Overall, not impressed with the mobile pick up at all
Jessica RNo improvement need to be made perfect
DESIREE MThe remote pick up is frustrating. There was supposed to be a dolly included and after getting to my moving destination, there was no dolly. I then had to take time to call and go get one. Very frustrating.
Yasmine AIf you read all the notes on my last three rentals from U-Haul which have all been in the past month you would understand why I would say, that you all wasn't the cheapest moving truck to find the last minute, I would never use your services again.
