Dawn SPam was great! I rented too small of a truck in error. All the trucks were rented, but Pam located the right size truck at another location and had it transferred to me. I will definitely be using this location again.
Scott SI had a great customer service experience - at D19. Pam was fabulous, very supportive, patient and went over expectations and return process well. Was nice to have great in-person customer service! :)
Brenda NGreat customer service. Very clean vehicle and location. Very good instructions. Wonderful staff (Pam and Binx!!!). Would definitely choose this location to rent from again. Thank you so much.
