Sheila was great!
Employees needs some customers service training. I was over charged for gas, when I told the employee I had a picture, I was credit for the gas. Then they charge me with $39.98 for what I don't know. I paid uhaul and I had closed out my ticket. I hoping this won't mess up my checking account.

The location is fine, but the person running it needs a refresher course on customer service.
Equipment needs to be inspected before releasing to customers. The transport trailer I rented did not have safety chains for the towed vehicle. Otherwise, my rental experience and trailer was very good. I'm a frequent UHaul customer.
the staff is amazing
Trailer turn indicator lights were malfunctioning and employees knew about it but cleared trailer for use. I took it because it was the only one they had and I didnt want to drive to another location.
Customer services department is terrible. â€œ Sheilaâ€ didn't greet me, didn't even looked up. The way she asking and acting were more like â€œI'm doing you a favor because I'm God so shut up and answer my questionsâ€. Because U-Haul delayed my truck rental by 1.5 hours, and i had concerned about return time. I asked â€œSheilaâ€ about my return time, she didn't even bother to look into the computer to answer my question and said â€œsame time as you requested. Truck was very clean, no issues at all . Overall, only â€œSheilaâ€ has a bad attitude that ruined my experience over there

The employee that assisted with hooking my trailer up was by far the best I've ever encountered when renting from any UHaul. He was very helpful, courteous and excited to help. I didn't get his name but he is definitely an employee to be proud of. He took great pride in providing great customer service and should be recognized. Awesome rental experience.
The gentleman that checked us out was amazing ! He was so kind and efficient and had the best customer service. They did forget to put my dolly in the car but other than that I appreciate this team and location
The drivers side visor wouldn't stay latched and would drop down whenever a bump was hit. Both mirrors were set wher you basically had only 2 positions to adjust it too, the drivers side was manageable, the passenger side was basically useless and I almost had two accidents. Until the mirror situation is fixed where they are adjustable the truck shouldn't be rented out.
The truck has some trash and they charge $5 for us pads but the truck don't have pads and I never ask for rental pads because I'm contrac on the moving company I have my own pads
The lady when i returned the vehicle was super rude she opened the back of the truck and told me it is not cleaned we will charge 25 dollars just because there was a piece of paper lying i picked it up and she said now its ok then she said did you guys ate fish inside the truck we told her we rented the truck for moving not to eat fish inside and she was like my manager will review it because it smells bad and may be we will charge you then cherry on top just we drove the truck for 6 miles and she charged us 16 dollars for fuel . . . I had better experience one time before but last time was awful

Service not that good with the agent.....
Poor customer service skills, not helpful. I walked in and greeted everyone and no one acknowledged my presence. The person attending to me seemed annoyed I was there.
There was an associate who was less than helpful and provided me with the worst customer service I have ever received at a U-Haul. She was very dismissive and basically didn't seem to even like her job. She needs some coaching on how to conduct herself in the future.
