Complete confusion. No one knows a damn thing. I was overcharged and mislead. I followed the manager's suggestions and ended up paying over $225 for a 48 hour local rental. Ridiculous.

While this location was excellent, your location at 8801 Mesa should be SHUT DOWN. After the U Haul reservation manager, Rachel Mizzel, assured us there was a U Haul at the Mesa location, we drove all the way over there and they told us they DID NOT have one. After we called Rachel Mizzel to advise that there was NOT a trailer for us on Mesa, she advised that the computer showed one available, Mizzel tried to reach the Mesa location but the employee could not be bothered to pick up the phone. This location on Mesa obviously does not bother to keep proper track of their inventory or are unable to operate a computer. Thankfully Rachel Mizzel, the U Haul reservation manager, issued us a VIP certificate, which we will hopefully be able to use within the next year. I went on Yelp and gave the Mesa location 1 star, as someone else did too. I hope NO ONE goes back to that place and it gets shut down.

Discontinue use of personal devices even with Uhaul software to capture customer's photo image and pics of drivers licenses. This practice is very concerning.

1960 location was a second pick up location assigned to me after the first location which was supposed to open, I discovered was closed. I was asked by 800# if I checked in on line, I said no as I was not Informed that I needed to check in online because it was supposed to be open. My call was dropped. I had to call Uhaul twice. The 800# tried to contact 1st location again and realised they were really closed. After waiting for an hour then I was directed to the 1960 location. 1960 had everything I needed, was ready to serve and I was able to salvage a few wasted hours. This location is big and had everything you need for your moving needs on hand. They forgot to load my dollie, but that was not a big deal. She called me, apologised and took it off my bill.
