I made my reservation to pick up the truck through my phone. While checking out some how the check out got cancelled. I went inside after waiting in-line something I did not want to do. Explained to the rep that I could not pick up my reservation. He then continued to make a new reservation I told him I had one already. Explained to him that I needed a dolly and that was on my reservation. He told me after I paid he didn't have one. And I told him I needed it because it was only me moving. He said I would have to cancel and go to a new location to get a new reservation. And they will take another 100 which I did not have!!! It set me back in time. The person who was going to take the truck back with me could not due to the time frame. It took me way longer to move with out the dolly!!!! This cost me time money and stress!!! He never asked if I needed any moving supplies. He seemed careless. My experience was terrible! I never had a bad experience with Uhaul. I asked for the number to corporate he gave me the basic number not a number for complaints!!! This really made my moving experience worst!!!

I checked the website and it showed my reservation was to be returned to location at 12 noon the next day and I tried to return the truck and they tried to charge me for a entire new day because they said it should have been returned at 8am. Asian male employee at location is very rude and not helpful. Glad I never have to use this location ever again. When I had to pick up first truck there was a two hour wait just to get the truck and I had a moving company waiting for me getting paid by the hour and I never caused any problems.
I had a reservation for a storage unit with 1st 30days free..my card was charged for the 1st month and the clerk told me to call corporate.
Easy to get to and easy system.

Original reservation location did not have a trailer was sent to a second location who did not have the trailer also had to send me to a third location to finally get one. Second location on Northwest Freeway employee very rude would not answer questions would never use that location again

You charged me with unknown items. I rented a $19 truck per day and I paid 128$. This is not acceptable for me

The staff was rude and gave false information and quotes. The equipment I rented was damaged/broken.The door on the van kept sliding open so I had to continue to stop and could not move most of my stuff. I am beyond disappointed.
The manager was very helpful. She went out of her way to get me my rental after it was canceled and moved to another location.

Driver side visor did not have a post to hold the visor in a stowed position. The visor kept swinging into the driver's line of sight - very dangerous.
I returned the vehicle at 6:45pm before closing. The receipt shows 8:30pm. Please advise.
Trailer condition was ok and swept clean. The electric harness connecting the truck to trailer was in poor condition. Many cuts and exposed wire. These are the little things that can make a big difference in a trip!

While our vehicle was clean, it had alignment issues that didn't start till we left surface streets and got on 249. Also the dash indicated vehicle was low on oil and had a weak battery, two very basic, also important issues for fleet vehicle maintenance.
