Only thing truck broke down, it was frustrating that I couldn't finish all the moving , road side assistance was nice to come on a holiday to change the battery, workers at the store were nice. Just upset about the truck breaking downROGELIO G.
Though the location I picked the truck up from was great to work with the overall experience will uhaul was unsatisfactory!! My reservation was for a location in Tomball TX near my home. I received a confirmation email with my reservation number and the address of that location. Upon my arrival the uhaul in tomball had no record of my reservation. When the associate looked up my reservation number uhaul had changed my reservation without my knowledge to a location 20 mins away!!! Seriously uhaul!! So I called customer service who was not helpful whatsoever. She told me I was left a voicemail telling me the location had changed which I received NO SUCH VOICEMAIL! Her attitude towards the situation was unprofessional. Was I frustrated yes! Because here I am at a location I made a reservation and know have to go 20 mins out of my way to get a truck. I then asked if because I had to go so far out of my way if I could change the drop off location. Customer service told me that once I picked up the truck I would be able to make that change. Yet once I got to the new location the associate told me that I was NOT able to make that change. Nothing uhaul told me was truthful and they made changes to my reservation without my knowledge. Overall it made the moving experience with them horrible, frustrating, and stressful. As if moving isn't already stressful! I will say that the manager where I did get a truck gave me a $50.00 credit towards my reservation and this review is not a reflection of their team. They were the only good thing about the whole experience.jacob C.
De'Corian Woods was so courteous and helpful. We first called in to check for availability and he helped us reserve the van saying it might go fast. And he was right because as soon as we went to go pick it up, he received calls asking for it and sure enough it was reserved. He had a line of people and calls coming in as he assisted us. Some of the customers were rude and being a jerk to De'Corian and he handled them so professionally. Please get him some help, though. It was so busy and he did a wonderful job. U-Haul website is very hard to make changes to an order. I had to cancel reset up after trying to change the time and pick location. Then i had to search for locations to drop off. I found Greenville location. But reservation said other places. When i came to the location to pick up the trailer there was no drop off location on the reservation. We found one on HWY75 in Dallas. When i got to Dallas i got a text message telling me where the Greenville drop off was. This was my original selection but it disappeared on my reservation but magically appeared when i got to Dallas. Very frustrating.JEFFREY K.

I rented a car carrier. The straps were beginning to show wear. I did not have a problem and they worked fine for me. From a safety standponit, I would have replaced them. I notified the employee when I returned the carrier, and she said they have spare straps and would fix it.John C.

First the service sucked. You charged me $1.07 for the weekend per mile when the day before was $0.82. And then you expect me to bring it back with a tank of gas too? Are you guys stupid? Charge for one and not the other. Don't become greedy. Second, clean your pest infested vehicles and don't let people drive with a â€œcheck engineâ€ light on and faulty headlights. Ifs like you are charging for quality service and you maintain it as if it was a quantity. I hated my experience. I expect a refund for my serviceSYED P.

I was fraudulently charged $1,816.89 by someone at this Champion Forest location named Irene Sorano. I have never set foot in this Champion Forest location. The truck is currently in my driveway here in Fayetteville Arkansas! I have it reserved until April 23 and will return it to a Fayetteville UHaul lot. I have tried to call to get it fixed but was told to wait 72 hours. I thought i was a good UHaul customer and don't understand why I am having to deal with this problem.DON G.

when I return my rental it was 1 notch from being half full like they ask me I only went 14 miles and that customer service representative on nights charged me full price as if I didn't put gas in I hope to never come there again and will tell family and friends not to come to your place of businessROSE G.

The truck I rented had an issue with the engine cover in side the cab and it blew heat from the motor on right foot. I'm just a short 8 mile trip my foot was burning from the heat. I let them know when I returned it if the issue and was told someone would look into it. Not sure if it was .MICHAEL C.
