I wanted a cargo van and I got a 15 foot to stand I supposed to be charge the same price as a cargo van and I was not checked in as I was asked and I was gonna do it on my phone save $20 but they said they will waive that and it was not waived I was overcharged by miles only went no more than 24 miles max 30 and I will charge for 70 I have not been able to give anybody call me back. I do want everyone to know at U-Haul I have been using your home for going on three years me and my family you can check out our last nameAbrahams and you see we have been using your whole lot longer than 30 years with the same address I'm sorry that I had to go elsewhere disposable mistake that no one could either give me a call and say were so I will be in a mistake or anythingSHENUTY A.
1) During the course of the day (1/18) I made various calls to the customer-service call center, which I found to be frustrating and a huge waste of time. The calls inexplicably go silent, and it's often not clear whether you've been placed on hold or the call has been disconnected (until you receive an email about your call wherein a unilateral decision has been made without your input/approval.) 2) Although I arrived at the site well before 6 pm, the entrance gate was blocked off with other vehicles. Although there was a male receiving another truck, not once did he acknowledge me; so I attempted to call the office. Regrettably, my initial attempt to access my storage unit and the office (1/18) was completely futile . 3) Nonetheless, the next morning (1/19) went smoothly, and (although I had to rearrange my schedule), I was able to return the truck in a timely manner.Cheryl P.

The customer service is horrid. Returned a uhaul with a friend 10 minutes before close and the guy tried to send us away. He was so mad he was yelling F this and F that, slamming doors open and shut because he wanted to go home. Cursing all over the place and we just wanted to return the truck and go. Not sure what his name is but he hd a ponytail, glasses and scruss on his face and he was short. No wonder this location has only two stars. Wont come back here.SHANE WILLIAM W.
I rented the uhaul for a day, I was wanting for a few days but the experience wasn't good. It's the winter time & the heater wasn't even in the uhaul, the tire pressure was low, I had to keep putting the air, the gear was so bad. The uhaul wasn't clean from inside either. I wish I could get my atleast half of the money back bcz I spent even more for Saturday rental as well as pay for the gas a lot. I would like to get some money reimbursed for an inconvenience. The women that help me was so nice to me that day. I had a bad day I just moved down here. I don't have any family so, I was so mad and frustrated by the time I went to this store. The lady came outside ask if I needed help , and just her tone and her smiling and taking the time to explain everything to me. I called my mom and started crying because somebody that didn't even know me was kind and cared about me as if I was her family. When somebody I've know half my life is not even as kind as she was. I hope y'all promote her or do your best to never lose her! She is a great person I believe she would do the same for anybody else!SIMONE T.
