I started out with my reservation at a different location, who changed my truck without notice and then didn't have any truck for me at all upon my arrival regardless of my reservation and online check-in. This is unacceptable. Thank goodness for Lumber Yard. They were friendly, helpful, and efficient, everything you could want them to be. I'll be starting out there next time. Thank you Lumber Yard!

Service was great, online check wasn't working to well and online return didn't work to well neither and the location owners took care of everything for me. Which I really appreciate because it's stressful moving by itself. No added stress is needed trying to do things online line over and over again , trying to make it work properly and keep receiving error messages. So being taken care of was definitely a weight lifting. My family and myself have used this location several times and it's been pleasant every time.

The trailer needed a cleaning and the right light didn't work' but I needed the trailer and as it was a low profile utility trailer, following vehicles could see my rear lights.
