There was only one person available to service people. The Uhaul rep closed the office for lunch break so we had to wait. Sobmaybe have at least 2 people available so while one is at lunch the other can assist customers

The door was missing the key lock. I was given the wrong truck with the wrong mileage. I was overcharged for mileage and once I left, I could never get this store on the phone. I’m extremely displeased.

Worst service I’ve experienced in my life. Here’s some suggestions for improvement - Call customer when truck is not ready at that location and they need to head to another. Apologize for the inconvenience - Make sure the office is actually opened and staffed during office hours/that the manager answers the phone when called. - Create action plan for when things go wrong so your customers aren’t on the phone/on hold with you for over 30 minutes - Dont have customer service tell you that there’s nothing they can do but they waived your late fee because their office was closed/unstaffed

Parking is very poor. You can only park in the spot of the truck you rented. I wasn't confident other renters would know how to parallel park these trucks, and I worried my car would take damage. However, the worker was FANTASTIC. Friendly, informative, helpful. I would definitely rent here again in the future.

This was an easy check-in. The gentleman checked the truck, asked if we had any problems with the truck during our trip and with both answers being no, he sent us on our way and told us our receipt would be emailed to us. I received the receipt later that morning. Nothing complicated at all!

The office is hidden in the back. Where the drop off location is, there’s a sign that says to wait for someone to come. Nobody came. Signs directing you to the office are hard to see, making it hard to find the office.

I was sent to the wrong location. The van was not ready at the original time of 5am.We finally got to the right location the van was not ready.After calling all they told us something we had'nt done. They finally gave us they finally gave us the lock box combination witch had no key.We waited from 6am to 7am for the man to open we told him the problem ,he said well I don' t open until 7am sarcastically. We didn't get out of there until 7:15 am,to go find the key. that put us over 2 hrs. late,. also we had no rental paperwork.

Small office - rented on the Friday before Memorial Day weekend and there was only one person to help check-in. He was busy and there were several customers waiting. That said, check-in was very efficient once he was able to get to me - it helped that things were automated with the online reservation service.
