Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulAt the time when I pick up the truck, I provided the information that was inconsistent with the vehicle’s condition. Specifically, the actual fuel level was less than 1/8 of the tank, whereas the paperwork I was asked to sign states that the fuel level was 1/4. I took a photo of the dashboard with both mileage and fuel level gauge. And one individual at the pickup location, after being shown the photo, continued to tell me that the reading in the photo is 1/4, and not less than 1/8. How can someone outright lie in front of the fact. Fortunately I have a copy of the fact. I hope that they retrain their employees about the basics when serving customers.
HUI HDo not accept a uhaul from this location. The workers were RUDE. The workers were an hour LATE from pick up time. The truck was SMELLY from rotten food left in the truck. There were NO DOLLYS even though I paid for them in my reservation. Do not accept a uhaul from this location under any circumstance.
Elizabeth CI should have took the picture of the manager for this location , because it ins’t fair to charger me extras fees and they put it on received that I used the car for 4 while I delivered the car the same day, I do not know the advantages of getting the money from People like that, that’s not a good way to take your costumers. I am so irritated by this situation, thank you.
