The truck needs server maintenance. Engine was making a horrendous noise, brakes are terrible AC does not blow cold, and the alignment is extremely off.Jesus R.

I reserved 2 dollies, when I arrived to the location they didn't have what i reserved. Kendra tried to help however was not able to find what I needed. She gave me a discount for their mistake. However when I returned the equipment, I waited for 20mins because no one was there and the doors were locked. We decided to put the equipment inside the gate because we couldn't wait no more. Rep tried to charge me more. I paid online and declined insurance. I still don't think she overcharged me. I was told 191 with tax and paid that from my phone. I did add a fillet when I got there. My complaint was not with this particular location. I reserved a truck for a pick up at 7 AM at another location. I arrived at the location at 6:50 AM. I was unable to retrieve my truck using my online reservation. I had to call U-Haul and was informed that the location did not prep the truck for me to pick up in advance. So they had to send me to another location 7 miles away from that location.That added an additional 14 miles to my commute. In all it's an additional 45 minutes for me to retrieve my truck. That included the 20 minutes I had to wait on hold to speak to somebody plus the time that it took for me to get from one location to the next.Jennifer S.
