I was just told to put keys in drop box unaware that I had to complete the return online. Knew it didn’t seem right so decided to check online and there was the process for return with multiple photos required Would prefer a person to approve the return so I would feel more comfortable with the return

Jason NHave the vehicle that was rented at the location THEY wanted to rent/pickup from. Having to go into town delayed our movers due to timing. If that had been in place it would have been what I wanted and agreed to when I rented the truck. Location to pick up was a convenience store who had to wait on customers while getting contract ready. This combined with having to drive farther to get truck that was planned at booking caused issues. It was booked weeks before pickup and there was time to move vehicle to wanted location. There was no notification that pickup location had changed either to plan accordingly. On stressful times like moving and timing of movers, it would be wonderful for more communication and realize that pickup places ARE CHOSEN FOR A REASON.
Tracy KI ordered a dolly & some moving blankets with the truck. I didn’t have either and it took my movers longer to get me moved. I was charged for items I didn’t get.
