Very disappointing experience with U-Haul. I rented a vehicle for one day only and returned it the same day. The agreed rental price was $38.50. However, U-Haul charged me an additional $46.06 without any explanation. I did not rent the vehicle for two days, did not extend my rental, and returned it on time. I have no idea why I was charged this extra amount. This is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. I am now disputing this charge with Chase Bank and requesting an investigation. U-Haul, please explain why I was charged an additional $46.06 and refund my money!

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulLittle confusion as to drop off. Was called by another location a week after dropping the trailer off that they had not received it but the paperwork showed a different drop off location where the uhaul was dropped off. That location apparently forgot to call in they had received the uhaul. We had it for 2-3 days.
