After renting a truck from this location's employee, the owner of the agency called me on my cell phone 30 minutes later threatening to tow my car away for parking in front of his building. If the owner does not want folks parking in front of his building, than a sign should be posted stating just that. How about, " Do not park here?, No Parking, You will be towed if you park here".....The basics that anyone who does not know would expect to see........Customers are not mind readers. When I returned the vehicle, the employee told me that the owner was a complete fu..ing a...hole and that I should urinate on top of his desk if I need to use the restroom. WOW! That is a first

SERAFIN EI did a drop off after hours so no interaction with anyone. However, I left the gas tank at exactly where it was when I picked it up and he still charged me $12 saying it wasn't at the right level. this location was just convenient for me as it was just 2 mins from where I moved so thats why I picked it, nothing more nothing less.
