Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulNothing as far as the renting experience, very convenient and everyone you deal with is great. For the vehicles themselves, backup cameras should be standard as well as motorized mirrors so you can adjust them from the driver's seat. I know it adds a bit per a vehicle to the fleet but each of those would save in the long run. The Bluetooth on the radio is great to have.
John JNo improvement needed: great location, great staff,
Kim SI rented a 10' Uhaul van, booking it online and turning down the "extra coverage" however, I was still charged it when I returned the van.
Cassandra MOur original drop off was to be okotoks Alberta. But because it was Sunday they weren’t open. U-Haul changed the location to high river. That guy was an ass to me, rude to my mother. He refused to accept the car trailer. He magically found room for the trailer after we told him to honour the contract 10 times. Completely makes U-Haul look terrible. He’s an insolent rude little man. He didn’t want to inspect the truck or trailer for damage or blankets or the dolly. This man shouldn’t be representing U-Haul unless those are uhauls values ?
