Offer a walk around with the client to let them know of any particulars with the vehicle. There were no fluid level checks, tire checks, or, visual inspection checks. The windows were filthy and THANKFULLY, I brought my own cleaning clothes and window solvent. Here you go....see ya is all I got.
ROBERT SCannot understand why I was billed twice. If I was charged more at the first payment and it will be refunded. Why don't you just give back the difference or if you owe more charge the difference. Why make 2 charges if you are going to refund one of them. So I will not recommend you due to your billing practice.

WAYNE WThey allowed me to keep the uhaul bc of some unforeseen hurdles that life punt in my place and they did so for longer then I thought possible and were compassionate for my problems and beyond gracious with pricing that was hands down the cheapest I’ve had to live an I will forever be grateful and a repeat customer while highly recommending this location to anyone and everyone needs to rent a uhaul….theybtrule made my very unpleasant situation a lot less stressful bc if their understanding which gave me one less thing to worry about…that to me is priceless 💙
