I had to return the truck at a location that was further than another location which made me go over the mileage and then they charged me for going over. I also returned the truck with more gas than what was in it when I picked it up.

I didn't like the side-view mirrors. The positioning made it difficult to see traffic around me. I felt that was dangerous. Despite how I tried, I was unable to adjust the mirrors to my liking. The truck had some visible damage before I rented it but I was not presented a form where the damage could be marked. The associate advised that it is tracked in the system, but that didn't really set my mind at ease that I wouldn't be charged for existing damages. However, in the end, I was not charged for any damages, so that turned out ok. I would recommend a system similar to rental car companies where the renter can mark off existing damage that can be confirmed by the associate before the truck leaves the lot. The store associate was knowledgeable and helpful. A truck was ready to go when I arrived. It seemed there were a number of trucks available which was also comforting. Some smaller places with only a few trucks are kind of dodgy. So I felt this location was very legitimate as soon as I arrived.

I had to wait for someone to greet me for 5 minutes after I walked into the store itself, after being placed on hold with the 1-800 customer service number and no one picking up earlier that day. The customer service was horrific.

The service adviser was unprofessional and rude. He was unpleasant to be around and would go around cursing. I would not recommend anyone to go, due to the unprofessional adviser. He was very unprepared and was not willing to work. I would not have rented from this location but due to the lack of availability, had to rent from here, probably would not go back until worker improves or different worker is present.

Moving can be very stressing and when I went to uhaul to dropoff the rental truck Carlos Ortega who said he was the manager told us to go outside to the tuck and wait for him in 90 degrees weather. When he came outside he was speaking on the phone and when I told him if I can go inside he started walking up against me and started to curse and say the f word many times. I then went inside and asked him who is the manager he said he was. I was very stressed and do not ever plan on going there again because of Carlos Ortega. I have never ever experienced this kind of thing in my life.

The truck was clean on the inside, but, the engine, transmission, suspension, and rear differential, were clearly on their way out, but the brakes were better than expected. I was just hoping the truck would make it, and that’s an unnecessary stress that could be averted or minimized. I believe I was charged both online and in-store, and that may be an issue, my statement is forth coming.

The clerk was slow and tried to tell me that I left the truck short on gas when in fact I put gas in the truck before I returned it. I traveled 48.8 miles in the truck. On my way to return it I put 7.6 gallons of gas into it. I showed him the gas receipt with the time on it but he told me I was wrong.he told me the manager would call me today but he did'nt. I called the manager and he immediately started to accuse me of calling the clerk a spic. I told him that i absolutely did not call him that or any other names but the manager continued to yell at me without letting me say anything. I will admit that i told the manager after several minutes,fuck you and hung up on him.

I tried calling this location multiple times beacsue I accidentally left a personal item in my rental, I was redirected to the regional call center every time and had to leave a message thru them. It took till the next day when I was able to get to the location to try and retrieve my item. They stated that they had tried to call me multiple times but had the wrong number? How is that possible if they make me give you two numbers for the reservation. I told them I never got the blankets and was charged anyway, they told me they couldn’t help me I’d have to talk to the location I got the truck from.
