Gabriel VThe pickup location was really good. The representatives there were really nice and helpful. I rented a 10’ truck for a small long distance move. The truck ran good no issues. The A/C was nice and cold (grateful because it was hot). However, my one disappointment was that the truck did NOT have cruise control. How is it possible that in 2025 any vehicle that is newer than 20 years does not have cruise control. This was a true inconvenience and it actually caused me to suffer leg, hip and lower back pain. If someone rents a truck, especially for a long distance move, you have to assume that cruise control is a requirement. If someone chooses not to utilize such a feature, that is fine, but you have to provide this option in 2025 regardless of the truck size being rented. U-haul you really dropped the ball here!
ADRIAN PThe location was a problem. I Didn't really know where to go if it wasn't for the pictures. So if I had any problems I wouldn't know who i could speak to in person about my rental. I only did it with the lock box. I didn't see the name of multi services until the end. it was in this place called "carga y envio" and the multi service name is just below it that was hard to notice if you really didn't read the sign. I would suggest that they have the other name as well as multi service name as the location name. Other than that. Rental was good.
