U-Haul sent me to two different locations that were not my original pick up and I had to drive 70 miles out of the way to pick up my truck. I wasted 2.5 hours doing this.

Vehicle was not topped off with gas. Pick-up at a convenience store whose top priority are the customers of the store.
The power steering fluid was almost empty when we picked the truck up and the truck was making terrible noises. We had to buy transmission and fill it up. This location is just a mini mart with no abilities to maintain the equipment.
This location was convenient however my only complaints was the single cashier needed to continue to take customers, extending the time for me to the take 20-30 minutes. Other than that, a pleasant experience.

Front tires were practically bald, check engine light was on, and it was an extremely bumpy ride.

When I arrived at the pickup location Sunoco Station on Blue Jay Lane I was told the cargo van was not available They sent me to another location but were poorly responding to getting me on my way. You advertise 50.00 dollar if not available as rented. I fill you should credit me that amount look to here from you
The Online registration was ok to reserve the vehicle however for pickup online was useless. The site would not verify my rental so I had to go into the building. I was trying to avoid in person contact. The cashier was taking other customers while processing my transaction so the process took even longer.
The truck was great. The person renting the truck to me was nice and helpful. I didn't like that I had to let 5 lottery players go ahead of me, because they were regulars . All worked out: we beat the rain!
Which parking was available was not clear, but the personnel assured me it was okay where I parked it.
The truck should be full of gas not half full. I shouldn't have to wait in a 7/11 to check out.
Didn't know u haul had a storage facility saw it on the sticker placed in the vehicle.

The cargo npart of the truck was DIRTY I TOOK PICTURE PRIOR.
I reserved 2 furniture dollies and 1 upright dolly. The location did NOt have this equipment that I desperately needed for my move. The store offered NO solutions or apologies. When I pressed them they suggested I drive around to different uhaul locations and see if they have it. I told them it was not acceptable that I should have to increase mileage and gas costs because of their inability to keep their promises. He did not offer to call around or find any solutions for me. I would NEVER rent again from this location
I was charged a $40 cleaning fee without explanation! Would not use this store again.
Do not change the contract. The original contract was for 2 days, 512 miles at a different pickup spot. Then the day of pickup I get an email changing the pickup location (not really a problem) then when the truck is turned in, the contact changed to 3 days and just over 200 miles, so there is a mileage charge. Contract 26111357. The truck worked fine, but this has went from a good experience, to one where I now want to call the Better Business Bureau, from the extra $78 charge. Please fix this.
Hours after I returned the truck clean, received call from business stating that I had left it dirty, with "all kinds of stuff"...seemed like a scam to me....refused to allow penalty charge, and thus far have not been charged penalty fee.Only used the truck for about 90 minutes to move a few pieces of wooden furniture.
