Paid for dolly that wasn’t in truck and wasn’t credited. Tire monitor warning was on entire time. Was told by customer service after I checked the truck back in that I needed to tell them about the dolly before I checked back in to have it credited. Not pleased.

Nathan Bit was very easy to book on the phone. It was confirmed immediately by email pick up and drop off absolutely easy.
Tracey SThe app was horribly difficult to use. It was making add tons of people who were not with us and people were calling them and of course no one was answering random calls so it added 30 minutes to the rental process. If I had any idea this was going to happen in advance I could’ve let them know to answer. Very clunky experience overall. I won’t be using the mobile experience again.
Ryan GNothing! Just as you are Helpful and genuine great customer service.
