They charged the dolly and the truck didn’t have the dolly
ANGEL VI did not receive the dolly I paid for. Do not charge me for the dolly.
MATTHEW CIt's in the back cubicle of a strip mall, tucked behind a state office; and there is no signage anywhere on the property telling folks where to return trailers/trucks (it's out behind a restaurant). Woman in the office was on the phone, and didn't even lift her head to acknowledge me. And I was standing in front of her desk. This was after I called on Saturday if there was a way to return before Monday. No one even called or emailed me a reply. Scott was the worker be, mid 30's, nice fella. He got me out there within a few moments once I was finally spoken to by the woman on the phone. Will NOT be using that office again if at all possible.
Anthony RThe trailer was excellent and loaded and towed well, the only negative is one tire was only at 15psi! (should be 80), after using my compressor to inflate it stayed up all day with a 3000lbs of load on, so no puncture. Would use this equipment and locations again, very friendly and professional staff.
