JAMES LSending me a text message immediately after I left the office at the time of pick-up was weird. I wasn't carrying a phone, so I didn't see the message until 9 PM that evening. And my simple phone doesn't connect to the internet, so I couldn't go to the website that you referred to in the message. I expected you to tell me all that I needed to know while I was in the office.
JOHN DWomen was rude and 25 minutes late opening the store so we were late with the truck.

JORGE AMy only problem is that the two recent times I have utilized U-Haul is that my requested pick up location was changed the day before, adding distance to my pickup location. You had weeks to get the rental to that place. Otherwise, excellent company and friendly staff with ease of communication
GEORGE FTruck had an extremely strong smell of cigarette smoke. Cab can be freshened between renters.

RITA MBetter signage to hidden office. It's easy to find the truck lot but from there the office is hidden. Appreciate the great service in this time of disaster.

JUSTIN PNothing about this site stands out. Office has no posted hours. Had to call them to open doir at 1030am. Had to call them to help me unload the trailer from my hitch. Poor communication. I would highly recommend U Haul on Airport Rd in Hendersonville. I had dealt with Airport location in other trailer rentals. They are extremely professional with expertise

Justin PI checked the hours and arrived right at 8:00am on 7/3 Wednesday, not on 7/5 as reflected on receipt. No one ever showed up, I called the business number and left message and never got a callback, finally I parked and unhooked trailer. I never saw the facility nor did I interact with anyone.

Mary SI was scheduled for a 9:00 pick up and the office was closed. We had to call around and finally someone showed up 40 minutes late and didn't even apologize. Then the associate did not know how to do a check out and we were there until 10:15. I really believe I should get a discount if not a full refund for the inconvenience of having my movers expand their day from originally planned. No customer service or apologies, I've worked in the public field for over 25 years and if we ever did this would be the end.

Michael LMaybe double check your trucks when renting them out. Truck I received still had stuff in the back from previous renter and trash in the cab. I also was charged $21 more for gas even putting $20 gas in and calling to tell them it only has 1/4 tank. I took pics of it all, the mileage, gas and trash. Not even an apology or a refund.
Kristin WI used a rental truck from Carolina Pack N Go Movers and they were very helpful and responsive. I had an issue with my contact and equipment rented and they responded very quickly and fixed the problem. I spoke to Justin and he went above and beyond to help me. I would recommend using this group for any moving needs.
JANE HVery helpful people who make sure your needs are met. Need to get Google map fixed and put on their website and Google map that it is wrong and what shopping plaza they're in. Also the UHaul software wasn't working right and couldn't get it to recognize the truck on their lot was available. I finally got the truck after 1 1/2 hours because of the UHaul software.
LYNECE PSee comments above. Incorrectly charged me for an extra day. Dropped it off Monday and they marked it Tuesday.
jeffery lWas notified the evening before pickup pickup location had changed the location did not open until 8 am had uhaul movers scheduled for 830 whichade me late getting there....also the truck was supposed to have half tank of gas, only had one quarter which meant I had to stp for gas before loading very unhappy woth uhaul

Chris KI was told that I was financially responsible for a tow Dolly supposedly missing/ stolen from their lot, because my name was on the rental contract. My stated plan as to rent a truck and tow dolly, load the truck, and return with loaded truck for them to hitch up the tow, and secure my car. When I returned to Mountain Packing, I was met by a man in the parking lot who had no visible connection with UHaul…uniform, name tag, etc., who started into this long explanation about why the dolly was not on the lot, how I had to file a police report because my name was on the rental contract. 12 hours and two other UHaul dealers later, I finally was shown and charged a second time for a tow Dolly.(equipment and insurance), only to face the reality that my Toyota Corolla could not be towed by any UHaul equipment without ripping the front bumper off my car. 1. Why could not any one have told me 12-24 hours earlier after seeing my car in the business parking lot, that it could not be towed without causing damage. 2. Why was I accused/held responsible for UHaul equipment that didn't exist. 3. Why have I been charged over $800 for a truck I DID use, yes, but equipment, fees, and insurance for two different tow Dollie's that not only were NOT used, were IMPOSSIBLE to use without damaging my car. The result of this fiasco was that two people had to accompany me on the move out of state…one to drive my car, and the other to drive a third car for their return trip. I hope an actual person sees this and will work on my behalf to rectify the huge financial, physical, and mental burden this has placed on an already stressful moving experience. Marcia SFirst of all the app wasn't working at all so my son had to go through his phone to try to get the mobile reservation to work so we started out late then when I got in the truck it's dunk of smoke cigarette smoke and then there was an engine light on that said maintenance tires so I got out and I looked at the tires they seem to be all filled but the same time shouldn't have to get into a truck with an engine light on The pastor Visa was missing a clip so that was hanging down all in all it was a horrible experience and also the truck wasn't filled with fuel was 3/4 of it away filled so that was a pain in the ass to bring it back the same three quarters filled

Dennis OI don't think the average person should be expected to hook up his own trailer. Lifting the trailer, installing the chains properly and making sure the lights work should be part of the service U-Haul provides. At this location it is not.
Jeff MMy location was changed four times in 36 hour period. The drop off location had no box to. deposit the keys. Apparently it had been stolen days prior ( we found this out after this episode)So at 9pm in Charlotte with no box and I'm supposed to figure it out on my own. Simple fix would have been to not allow drop offs at a location with no place to leave keys! No common sense. Will not use or recommend ever.

Richard BI had to wait for my truck to be brought to the location. My pick up time was 9 and i didn't leave until 10. And I was charged an extra 20 dollars. Yea had to go back and ask for the appliance dolly
Wendy JThey did not have the pads I reserved. Did not make effort to find them at another location. The employee didn't know what she was doing. Took an hour to print contract. After calling another location for help. Did not inspect the truck with me and did not give any operating instructions. Very rude.
