The pick up was a little confusing as I used the app but the person at the front desk didn't know exactly how to handle my reservation. However, it did work out and the truck was nice and new and easy to drive.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe representative at this location spoke very little English, which made it very difficult to communicate with.
Hobart MI left the truck with a full tank, but got charged for it being 3/4 full and I have a photo that shows it. There is a crack in the plastic of the dash and I believe she misread the gas tank because of that. I have a photo to show that was pre- existing as well.
Melanie NIt is shocking that U-Haul accepts this company as a franchise. Zero understanding or appreciation of customer service. Go elsewhere.
Mark DKent was a massive help to both myself and my husband as we were juggling major issues in a short amount of time. The young lady onsight assisting was kind and patient working through a few personal obstacles we had. Highly recommend for reasonable price, kind, helpful and never once tried to upsell us anything. Worked out our through online and face to face with ease. Big SHOUT OUT TO KENT
