Donald GOwner helped me in a bind and came in on his day off to make sure I was able to get into a truck that day.
MICHAEL WThe location was fine.. I was given the wrong truck, wrong trailer.. forced to purchase my own straps for the trailer, my pick up time was changed and my drop off time was cut short.. I had to throw away items that I could not fit in my pick up truck because after 2 rides from great falls Montana to Helena Montana we could not keep losing time and money. This is because I was supposed to get a 20 foot truck and was changed to 15! Foot without my knowledge . All in all this was the most horrible experience with U-Haul to date. I will be finding a different way in the future plus, we were told we could not get our rental contract because his computer was slow
