This location was not made aware that we were picking up our truck so it was not ready to go. The Owner went above and beyond making that right & getting us out the door in a timely manner. This is a very small mountain town and internet sevice is spotty. Connecting on the U-Haul app was frustrating and lengthy. Location owner even tried called U-Haul for help but nobody answered. Location owner was able to get us checked in on his end. I would rent from him again as none of this seemed to be his fault.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI dropped the keys off Monday around 7pm. The hours listed said 24hrs, so there was no way for me to know if that was "after hours". There was no one there so I called the number and he told me to just drop off the keys and check out with the app. I explained I didn't have the app, I went into a u-haul office to rent the truck. He told me just drop the keys off and he would check it in when he got back. He checked it in the next day, adding an extra day onto my charge, and charged me $75 for "cleaning". I took the time to clean it before returning it. Moving is hard enough without being swindled.
