Gas tank was almost empty and need to be filled up as soon as I left the store. Also it was lower than mentioned in the contract. Also the guy of desk seems rude. Besides truck was clean and no other issues.

But getting the truck was easy and a good experience
Maria TI turned in the truck the day after my rental, even though I had one more extra day. Was contacted by personnel stating that they never received it. I dropped it off with a full tank of gas. After hearing back from them, they stated a day later that they received it and that I was being charged an additional amount of money. The truck was technically unfound for two days after I turned it in and now U-Haul is saying I’m liable for extra money. I don’t trust them and I would not recommend anyone turning in the truck to this site unless you personally handover the keys and do not use the dropbox. I reached out for a supervisor to contact me and it’s been over two weeks. I have not heard anything back.
BRIANA JImprove your mobile checking and out process. Pics crashed the app on upload had to contact support and email. Gas was wrong on delivery. Told rep but didn't get corrected before I returned.
