The male worker/owner/mechanic. He was very rude and aggressive. Zero understand of communication. I had to reach out to U-Hauls personally after been treated by him. All because I rented a truck for a full day which was noted. On top of that the original key box didn’t work. I had to get another code for another truck. Now this truck is blocked in by a lil (POS) car in the front and another U-Haul truck in the back. The night is not going good. Had to call U-Haul back because this place is actually closed. U-Haul gives me another code for the truck behind me, so I moved it to get the truck I rented because of the size I needed. I did all of that and moved all my equipment from FoodieLand and stored it over night. To wake up to treating phone calls of theft and been reported to the local authorities by the male worker at this establishment. I reported him to U-Haul. Seemed as if he got chew out for not fixing their key boxes and he tried to argue that the truck wasn’t blocked in. He was just an (A)hole. I hope he is fired and no longer work there and if he is an owner. That they lose their dealer privileges. All because of him.

Andrew FI left a few items in there. I know it’s hard to track and keep up with who might have left something in there, but I wish there was a different method.. overall it was a great experience
Jacqueline SI had a very bad experience at this location this time have been numerous other times prior. They said I damaged their trailer but no damage was done while in my possession. Returned and they were closed overnight. Was over charged for items which I didnt receive.
