Clean up the area where U-Haul customers sign their contracts! It is filthy!! Have somebody from U-Haul actually go in there! That is the only way it will get cleaned!!

I place my rental online through U-Haul.com I received my confirmation email. I supposed to pick up at 453 Commerical Ave Calumet City, IL going by my confirmation. When, I got the location at 9am the lady proceed to tell me I did not have reservations. I pulled up my email to show her. She seem so unconcerned and could not help me. So looked in the system she tells me that my reservations was in Harvey, IL. I'm very disappointed with U-Haul. I would not recommend or use again. The loaction on Harvey was great. Very disappointed customer. You guys need to look into your online because it's sending people off. Very disappointed customers
