Truck ran fine but rode like a covered wagon on a washed out trail. Needs shocks/struts and new tires for starters. At 92k miles it may be time to part with it. Also, it leaked inside and water soaked my wife's handmade entertainment center plus soaked the bottom of several boxes which came apart. Staff was friendly but not knowledgeable regarding the truck rentals.

Gary FU-Haul advertises a smooth ride but the truck was far from smooth. Customer service was awesome both times I called them! Great team you hired! Your app though is in dire need of a new tech team. Checking out was insane. It acted like it wasn’t going to let me then I thought it did. I even took pictures of the full take of gas and entered mileage however I got a text nearly 4 hours later reminding me to turn it in. Customer service put a note of the correct time of 12:30 but you still have on my receipt 4:30. I will use you again as I relocate but I will be better prepared with the knowledge I have now.
