Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe yard was a mess and unkept. My husband who’s elderly had to attach the trailer himself. The guy wasn’t feeling good so we kind of understood. He said he’d be there for drop off, but was no where to be seen. We waited for 20 or so minutes, then luckily a stranger passing by helped us unhook. My husband couldn’t get the trailer to release. There also was an extra $10.00 charge on our receipt with no explanation! Worst U-Haul experience ever! Definitely will not be back!

David KThe Coffee Trader location was great, but my overall experience was terrible. I couldn't find the truck size I needed with the appliance dolly I wanted, so I chose Downtown Beverage because they had an appliance dolly. I had to got two sizes up on the truck because that's all they had. I made my appointment for 9 AM. They were 10 minutes late in opening and then didn't have the appliance dolly that I chose that location for. Uhaul found me a smaller truck (still bigger than what I needed) at Coffee Trader and an appliance dolly at a location 15 miles out of my way. Coffee Trader did a great job making it all work for me.
