Not a thing. Excellent experience. Location is a bit off the main road but everything went well.
ALLEN HThis was a bit out of the way, but the rental was very smooth once a truck was located. I was supposed to pick up at Dandridge Mobile Home Parts. However, they were 40 minutes late opening. I had left the location after waiting 30 minutes and contacting UHaul. While working with the UHaul representative (who was wonderful), the location phoned to follow up on my phone message -- not even aware of what I left a message for. Once I told her what I needed, she became very agitated trying to explain why she wasn't on time and she had not returned phone messages to me for the past two days prior to pick up day. She became upset when I asked if we could just get to the rental and screamed at me to "just get my truck somewhere else" and hung up on me. I went back to the representative, who was holding while I took the location call. She was taken aback by the location's attitude and continued to secure the truck at the new location. THANK YOU to the representative that assisted and Hartford Towing for being so accommodating upon pick up and return!

james sDon't schedule a place for pickup that is close on Saturday. Had to wait over 1 hours and and a half to wait on someone to get there. Then the guy was not the one who done that so he had to call another guy to figure it out. No signs to tell where it was on highway. Then it was one way dirt road in middle of nowhere.
