The check-in and personal service at this location was excellent. Very easy process with her and smooth operation. The check engine light did come on as we are driving it back.

The lady that took care of me was very nice!! I really liked her!! Thank you so much!!
Karen WOverall a good experience. Very friendly staff. Couple of small issues: One - The back of the UHaul had a lot of dust/dirt in it and a dead mouse. Two - I noticed on the estimate it said there would be a $20 charge if the truck was brought back after hours. The person I spoke to never mentioned an after hours fee. They acted like it would be no problem if we brought it back after hours. Luckily I noticed it on the estimate and brought it back during work hours.
