MARIA DI was told to take puctures of the vehicle before moving it from the lot. I did that and then opened the link for the pictures, at my earliest opportunity. I did not realize that the link for pictures required the use of my camera to take the photos directly into the linked site. I thought I could upload them. I could not. Perhaps better instructions as to how and what to do would be more helpful.
Christopher BThey were fine
DAVID RThe location was fine, but it wasn't the location I reserved. You guys moved my pick up and drop off location away from right next door to this location, which wasn't nearly as convenient. In effect, you added complexity to an already stressful day without making any effort to make it easier for me in any other way. You didn't let me keep the convenient drop-off location. You didn't give me extra time with the truck. But hey, at least you charged me full price. So, you know, thanks for nothing.
