Trailers are parked in grass. It was raining. Had to drive and walk in mud to get the equipment. They told me to hook up myself. Pull up on pavement and they would come take a picture.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulLow rating because I was told there was a quarter tank when in fact it was nearly empty. I have a picture to show it.
MICHAEL GDid mobile pick up and the moving blankets and dolly I ordered were not in the truck. The location was not open for 2 1/2 hours so returned to pick up the ordered items when open. There was no apology. UHaul online charges $24 for two dozen blankets but the location initially wanted to charge $65 for the two dozen blankets. They did change it to same price as UHaul's $24 and then saw that I had already paid so they gave me blankets without charging me. Later I discovered I was two blankets short. I previously used this location and was charged for being low on fuel which was returned exactly the same gauge reading. I was present when they checked the truck over at return and was not informed that the fuel was low in their estimate and only found out when I got the UHaul receipt online.
Don MI was charged $15 on top of $75 for 24 hours with the truck. I even cleaned it out and filled the tank back up.
Joshua MWas an easy fast transaction. Would definitely recommend and will use again ; )
