The only snag I experienced is that the U-Haul app would not save / upload any of the exterior pictures I took of the vehicle during pickup. I had to chat with support to get a direct browser link. Upon returning the vehicle my phone had died so I had to return it in person and the guy who checked the vehicle in at the location was super nice, helpful, and informative.

DAKSH Hsaved a lot of time by returning the truck to this location. The attendant was most gracious
Chantal EThe dash said there were two tires that were low. Maybe they weren’t and it was just bad sensors, but either way if renting out a vehicle it should be taken care of better than that. Also, it pulled pretty significantly to the right while driving on the freeway. Maybe tires, maybe alignment, but again it is frustrating paying for something that isn’t appropriately maintained. Also, the back had not been swept out and had dirt, sticks, leaves, etc everywhere. The passenger seat had sawdust/wood chips all over it as well. If I wasn’t under the time constraints I was I would have gone back in and tried to swap it out. The problem with that was that the person renting out the truck was so slow I really didn’t have time. He asked me to step to the side 2-3 times while he was messing with the tablet they were using so he could pause helping me and help others waiting to buy their hemp smokes. Only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is the people were very nice.
