Dave was very friendly and Beyond curious on picking up & dropping vehicle off will highly recommend this location! Only 1 thing is not correct, it’s the gas indication not accurate I have a picture of where the need points when I got in the truck I went straight up the street gas station to get gas. So next time make sure the gas needle is correct. Thank you with Kind regards

Tanya AThe owner was not on time. Location was not customer friendly. The only chair while waiting was near a boat so cars wouldn’t hit it. While I took photos of the outside of the truck, I did not look inside before I left. The truck was filled with of dirt! I was moving my whole house from Louisiana to Florida. I had to clean out truck before I could even begin to load. I was way behind schedule. I had a storage unit at U-Haul on central Avenue in Metairie but I had to go to harshan to get this filthy truck. Very upset, frustrated, and disappointed in U-Haul.
NICOLE MThe lock that I tried to take out the key is rusted pretty bad. It took me a long time to unlock it. There was no service person on site but a phonecall from the person. It rained earlier that day and to get to the truck was pretty muddy and difficult. When I got the UHaul, there was a warning sign about the tire where the mileage appears. When I called the person I did the check in with, he only replied that it was normal and ok to drive with no proper secure guarantee that it would not be under my fault.
