After using U-Haul for my move from Monroe to Jonesville, I swore I would never use U-Haul again; however, Hanover is just a few miles from us and we needed a trailer to pick up a lawn tractor in Jackson (Michigan). McClain Hardware was extremely friendly and helpful. We purchased a small trailer hitch and picked up a trailer from their well stocked choices of trailers and got the tractor home with no problems. Return was simple and the people again helpful. We will utilize U-Haul again if we can use McClain Hardware; otherwise probably not.
