I was scheduled to pick up the truck at 12:00. No one showed up to give me the key until 1:20. There was no apology or excuse given. Obviously this is normal behavior for this business.

I arrived for at 9:50 a.m. for a 10:00 reservation. I ended up calling U haul because no one was there but I signed up for 24/7 service. The U haul rep (Wendy) called the guy from Thelma’s place and he said that he was in the place and didn’t see me. Wendy ended up calling him back and said that he was 7 minutes away. The guy finally arrived at 11:05 a.m. Stay away from this place. Customer service is horrible and you’re certainly going to be late!
