I would like a refund to my prepaid debit card. I was unaware of that UHual did not accept prepaid cards and paid online. I had to cancel the first reservation and use a different card to complete another reservation. I did not like a refund for the order that was canceled.Joaquin W.

It took almost 3 weeks before I was charged. Surely you can see where my concern was with having had my card number held for so long. Not very trustworthy in my opinion, but the customer service was great throughout the process. Just need to charge the customer immediately after returning the truck and not 3 weeks later.Tanika W.

I arrived 5 minutes prior to the appointment, wated 15 minutes then had to call to get someone to come open the place up. Waited another 15 minutes for service. VERY dirty place.Eric G.
Their service is very slack.. my pick up Appt was 11:00 and no one was there. I called and spoke with the guy and he said he will be there in 7 mins.. it was more than 20 mins when he got there.. then they charged me over than what my receipt on the contract saidCassandra P.

I paid for the truck for 2 days and 350 miles , only use the truck for one day and 30 miles . I was charged for 569 miles and for the extra day I didn't used the truck . I was charge $702.99 . Refrain from overcharging. I reserved the truck for one day but was initially charged for two. Also I declined the insurance but was was billed $14.00 for insurance (Safemove). After I complained the charge for the extra day was removed, however, I was charged for the $14.00 even though. Now this location's phone is out of order and I cannot reach them.William G.

They didn't show up At pickup point as planed and wouldn't come after they finally answered phone. I had to hook it up myself really not sure if it was safe and clean it off. When I got to my house and opened trailer it had a bunch of trash in back. I also didn't receive dolly and blankets I ordered. When I arrived at destination They wouldn't take u haul because they were full. Had to go to different location. The entire rental was a joke and I should be fully reimbursed for charges. Will never use u haul again and will tell others about my experience.Stephen Z.
The place was not open but they came in late and we was able to get the rental but not the size we ordered but they still charged us for the larger rental and we got the smaller one! And when I called customer service I spoke to Lakiesha and she was VERY rude to be a managerCherolyn W.

The location was supposed to be open, the number I was given was disconnected and it took awhile to get in touch with the person in charge. Once I finally did she was more than pleasant and very helpful. Her contact information just needs to be updated and there should be a warning that she is not in her office just because it does technically say she open for business hours.grace M.
Have everything in place. I was suppose to put up my truck at 6am and didn't get it until after 8am. The picture that was taken to locate truck must be was old. The truck that I was assigned to was right behind the building they had to move to other trucks to get to it. The picture that was taken to locate the key must be was old as well because it wasn't there also. I had to call dispatch which called the owner of this location and the owner stated that she lived right down the street from the build and she would be right there but it took 45mins for them to get there. Muddy. I became stuck and it cost me $150 to get towed out. Nevwill return there again!!!! To improve you should not let them rent your trucks they keep them in mud and very dirty conditions.Arthur H.

Uhaul was dirty, had to wait 30 mins for the owner to get there because the business was closed. Then inside they had no internet or power and it was hot and smelly. Had to do everything over the phone with uhaul. Worst experience with U-Haul in my life.Eric G.

I wanted to reply poor but it would reflect that location, I made a reservation and the business was closed when I arrived bc customer service did not check for hours of operation, after that I followed this nice lady to a residential home to get my uhaul, I was then charged more than I was supposed to be charged and customer service just passed me around. Clean the cab of the truck, it stunk inside and the windows were filthy. I was supposed to have an appliance dolly, it was not-had to go to another U-Haul center to retrieve one., My pick up location went from Vermilion to Sheffield-then Lorain (OH) at the last minute. I had to be dropped off in Lorain-at an unmanned U-Haul location and wait for someone to show up.Kevin E.
