In the wake of COVID-19, U-Haul did a great job getting what I needed. They had a station set up with clean pens so that I did not have to touch anything inside the location. There was a steering wheel cover and the cab smelled freshly cleaned. All staff I interacted with were friendly, helpful, and efficient.

The u-haul I rented was in bad conditions far as maintenance I was constantly stalling while in traffic. Despite the problems I had with this rental I was unable to complete the job that I was doing. As a result I then was charged an additional $40 for a service that wasn't completed.

Battery in the truck died. We tried jumping several times then gave up. And hour and a half later road side assistance came and said the truck was fine. I guess the jump worked after all.

I would ask UHAUL staff to tell prospective renters IN ADVANCE - AT THE TIME OF MAKING AN APPT. AND CONFIRMIMG ONE'S PICKUP TIME - that the procedure for RETURNING a van is to be done WITH A MOBILE AND WORKING CAMERA.

Super crowded lot, difficult to find where the key drop box was. Lots of equipment and had a difficult time finding a place to park the truck after hours

The app has too many issues to list. I suggest someone in its development tries to use it on-site at night, and in the cold to see how tedious the process is. Often the keyboard wasn't visible on my Android phone as I was attempting to type was a major issue. Very frustrating

Damian was great. I was quite disappointed that the vans are smaller in cargo width and height than enterprise vans. The wheel wells were also much more intrusive especially on the style with the hood in which there was an additional bump making it impossible to put large items against the side wall behind the drivers side. This sane style can also didn’t have a sliding side door. The swing doors make it much more difficult to load in. When I get clear dimensions - that should mean clear.
