The back of the van was dusty when we got it. When I returned it, they claimed I was the reason. The dust and liquid mark was so dry that it's obvious it was from past usage. I was charged a cleaning fee for that. I contacted customer service but she was really rude and impatient and ended the call. I called again and requested to speak to a manager but they said there was no manager available. Worst experience with uhaul's customer service.
