First reservation was unusable through the app, was unable to get ahold of any representatives. Had to cancel the first one that gave me the truck for three days and re reserve on the spot and only got 24 hours. Especially frustrating after requesting to pick up the truck 25 miles away from this location and being told it wasn't available at my desired location. Despite being able to see it available online. Truck exterior was filthy, windshield was worthless until being cleaned. Undocumented damage to the vehicle I had to upload pictures of.
