When arriving to pick up our reserved truck, the clerk told us that the location was closed (which was at 6:30pm, and that location was open until 10pm). We were at this location for over an hour and a half on the phone with U-Haul trying to get the clerk at the store to give us our vehicle. We had reserved 2 dolly which she didn’t have, and U-Haul still charged us for them. Additionally, we had reserved at a different location originally and the day before we were told we needed to go to a different location but we would receive 15% discount. We also didn’t receive the discount. Overall a terrible and unprofessional experience!

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe owner of Babe's Jubilee was very helpful and really nice. I would rent from this location again and recommend it.
TAMMY RThe pick up and drop off experience was fine, nothing special and nothing bad. However I was charged a $25 cleaning fee upon return. This is after I intentionally spent time cleaning it to the condition I got it in.

John SMake sure the shop owner is awake, had to stand in the rain for 20 mins waiting for store to open. Over all experience was decent. Quick and fast.
