After picking up our 10' truck and driving it about 5 miles both the check gas cap and check engine light came on. We pulled over and checked the cap but it was on correctly. Both dash notices stayed on the entire time of use. Truck performed well and we didn't have any issues.

Only had a 20 footer when I ordered a 26 footer
The vehicle didn't officially get turned in until 2 hours after I dropped it off and I was charged for two rental periods even though I only had the vehicle for 3.5 hours. I am in the process of waiting for a refund and am being told it will be 2 to 3 business days.
First they didn't have the truck up front waiting for me like the other locations do. I had to hunt the truck down. Then the seat adjuster was jammed. It took 2 people using all their strength to move it forward so I could actually reach the pedals. Then they had other trucks directly behind the truck I had to back out and the trucks next to us were so close I had to pull out just so my passenger could open the door.
I received a phone call the day after my equipment was returned asking me when I was returning the car dolly my card was charged causing me to exceed my credit limit resulting in fees to my card so ultimately it cost me almost 2 times what the rental it self was

Invest in customer service concepts. Follow set procedures. Perhaps as management/owner take some responsibility and acknowledge issues. Truly try to correct the problem if you want a good review. As this $100.00 rental has now cost me over $350.00 dollars, due to your company's self-confessed "software glitch and error", I will not use nor suggest U-Haul again. I am very discusted and disappointed with the entire company.
remind your employees not to use fulgar language in front of customers... while I was at the counter...one of the other employees used the f word about 10 times.. I was not the only lady in the store at the time.
App wasn't working for return, I was told it would be ok and then I was charged!!!
Noticed after leaving with our 6x12 trailer that the tailgate/ramp was less than 5' and we could not fit our historic carriage on the trailer since the loading area was under 5' also. Called and exchanged the trailer for a 6x12 trailer without ramp so we could load the carriage. Happy it could be exchanged without any issues.
Schedule more people in the morning. When I got there, only one employee was there, and 4-5 people in line.
Light staffing on a Sunday morning but my return was still handled quickly.
The people were friendly and took care of the problems when they arose. It was great customer care and interaction. However, the truck broke down before we could take the load to the new house. We had to wait hours and it ruined our schedule. The house doesn't have electricity yet so we had to move boxes in the dark. The truck's oil light was on before we even left the uhaul store, and when it was brought to the workers attention they said it'd be fine. This lends me to believe that the trucks aren't cared for like they should be, and that's why the battery problem occurred.
I had a great experience, Gary and the rest of the guys really helped me out and even scraped my windows for me when they were frosted over. Super friendly staff and my truck was clean and ready for me when I got there.

I'm extremely disappointed in this location and the truck we had received from no gas in the take to the ramp breaking off Very few working lights and 1 working light on the trailer Used to get uhauls a lot and used to enjoy but need I say I will probably never use uhaul again

you charged me for turning the trailer in late when iturned it in 2hrs after i rented it on the same day!you said itured it in 3 days later.the only person at the front desk had 3 vehicles in line to be checked in ilet her know it was back.i did not get a receipt for turn in cuz it would have been another hour before she would get to me,the other guy on duty even helped me put the trailer back in the gate.if they are good people they will tell you the same story !

Reservation made online "didn't exist" in their computer, even after showing them the confirmation email. Employee was able to get it fixed after a long drawn out conversation with off site assistant manager who was more concerned about getting his lunch order right than answering questions from an employee working with a customer. what should have taken ten minutes from walk in through driving off the lot, took fifty minutes. I had problems with this place 17 years ago with turd of a manager who claimed I stole his truck (I am a cop by the way who explained to him the difference between theft and a civil contract dispute). I figured after 17 years I could let it go... Wrong. Will go to some other uhaul or other company entirely before I ever go back to this store. Employees in the store were great in getting things fixed, or I would have been a lot more upset. Get stuff right. In a day and age where customer service is everything to guarantee return business, the Hamilton store only survives because of sheer volume of people who rent there one time. I know several that have told me there experience with this store was as bad, or worse than mine. I guess you don't have to worry about customer satisfaction when everyone who walks through the door is a first (and last) time customer.
They tried charging me almost $100. Upon drop off for no reason.
