Good service and friendly. Had a bit of a wait for the individual who has the UHaul app/account to check me in. The drop off spot for Uhaul on the property is outside of the wifi coverage. Simply check equipment back in near the building, then park.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulHowever the discription on line of the size does NOT state boldly that the opening is 6 inches less on each side thus one foot less. I wasted my money on this transaction since I could not fit my machine by inches!!
Robert SI was disappointed that I had to drive 22 miles to verify that the trailer was where I had returned it several days earlier only to find it was hooked up to their dump truck.that cost me time and fuel.
Paul DWe returned after a heavy snow storm...the driveway was not plowed, there was no one there, we had to leave the trailer by just off the highway in the snow. Despite these issues, everything was taken care of eventually.
RANDALL PThere needs to be clear communication on how long the rental is before agreement is made. Option to have a closer repair spot for tires that doesn't take 6 hours to fix from a location that is 1 hour away.
