Mr Cox was awesome but I really want to brag on Ms Melissa at the beltline of Decatur location. She was amazing. We had a couple issues that were outside of her control but she made them all right!

The truck did have some wire ties and a little trash in the back, there was no furniture blankets in the truck and the truck only had 1/4 tank of gas when we got it. We left it cleaner and with the same amount of fuel but I was charged $28.88 10 days later for fuel. I did email before saying I disputed the charges due to no more fuel being in the truck when we got it but was still charged.

Cecil WBe sure that the fuel tank is full. There was only 3/4 of a tank of gas up on pick up, and we had to return it on full. They should know the measurements better on the trucks was too small and didn't have a ramp that we really needed. We lost a deep freezer because of the damage trying to get it in had to lay it down.
